About Secure Tracks
Secure Tracks is a patient support system designed to prevent patient falls and decrease pain following surgery. This therapy equipment also uniquely improves the natural gait of patients, improves outcomes and ultimately helps patients begin walking sooner.
Secure Tracks is purely mechanical therapy equipment that consists of a ceiling-mounted monorail track, an exclusive trolley and a support device that allows patients to stand completely upright and walk with a natural gait. Traditionally, patients who have undergone lower extremity surgery have had only the use of weight bearing gait aides, such as conventional walkers and belts.
