The Jones-FX titanium screw system is a dedicated implant system for treating proximal fractures of the fifth metatarsal, commonly referred to as Jones fractures. The system is comprised of solid and cannulated screws that are available in 4.5mm, 5.5mm, and 6.5mm diameters. Lengths of the screws range from 35mm to 70mm. The Jones-FX system consists of instrumentation that was developed specifically for treating Jones fractures. This instrumentation includes, but is not limited to, a modular tissue protector with independent guides, cannulated bone taps and drill bits, and countersink. All Jones-FX screws have the same thread pitch giving the surgeon more intraoperative flexibility. Previously available from Instratek.
