Proximal humerus nail/plate. Was put in several years ago and needs to be revised. Would be nice to know what will be necessary for removal.

7/3/2020:  Identified by Nicholas Paone (Orthopaedic Trauma Sales Representative) and Glenn Boyd (Orthopaedic Trauma Consultant for Synthes) as a S3 Shoulder Nail Plate.  This was confirmed by Jason Lefkoe (Zimmer Biomet), John Alleman (Endeavor Orthopaedics), Richard Korshim (Poly Novo), and James Raphael (Albert-Einstein Medical University).  The lineagewas further defined by John Alleman who related that it was initiall a product of Dr. Jorge Orbay of Hand Innovations and became DePuy when Hand Innovations purchased by them.  Later it was spun off to Zimmer-Biomet when J&J acquired Synthes.

Removal info:  Richard Korshin also added the the pegs are 4 mm and the shaft screws are 3.5 mm.
