The Carpal Anchor System is a unique approach to intricate ligament reconstructions in the form of a scalable, multifunctional PEEK anchor system that has the ability to perform on its own or as part of a complex anchor array. The anchor array is composed of an initial locking anchor, a series of tension anchors and a final locking anchor that gives the surgeon complete control of the positioning and amount of tension for a flawless repair. The anchors have been designed to have the ability to decrease in size whilst maintaining the integrity of the reconstruction by allowing the force to be distributed across a pulley structure.
