Comments by Rupert Griffiths: This is the Brooker Tibial nail and the Brooker-Wills was a femoral nail. The femoral nail had an extractable set of wings on an insert which went inside a modified K-Nail. The Tibial nail was one piece and the wings were activated from the proximal end of the nail.
