This product consists of a high resistance biocompatible polyester material manufactured from knitted fabric, with a built-in biplanar concavity. It is biologically a porous structure promoting connective tissue ingrowth, and it is used for the repair of massive, retracted rotator cuff tears, in which reattachment to the greater tuberosity is impossible.
