About Minimally Invasive Hip Instruments
The NILNAV process consists of a toolset that has unique components specially designed for a MIHS approach (a 5 cm incision, and reduced cone of dissection). A key point of differentiation for the prosthesis manufacturer is that the NILNAV toolset is adapted to suit to the various implant specifications. It is then utilised with their standard toolset to perform the NILNAV Minimally Invasive surgical procedure. Therefore, each prosthesis manufacturer can offer surgeons and their patients a customised approach using NILNAV. Minimal incision.
