About Wrist Fixation System®
New concept in the treatment of distal radius fractures. By analyzing fragment geometry and fixation issues in the context of the local biologic constraints, implants are specifically designed for the various potential fracture elements. The result is a surgical system that provides the surgeon with the flexibility and resources to effectively stabilize nearly any type of fracture configuration with a mini-invasive approach that spares additional trauma to the soft tissues. This system utilizes an array of choices of fixation devices including the Volar Bearing Plate, Volar Peg Plate (Fixed Angle), Dorsal Buttress Pin, Volar Buttress Pin, Radial Pin Plate, Ulnar Pin Plate, Ulnar Sled, Small Fragment Clamp with an Inner and Outer Component, and the Buttress Pin.
