About Bateman Bipolar Endoprosthesis (Prod 5937)
The Bateman Bipolar Endoprosthesis was originally developed by Bateman in 1974 and consists of a smaller femoral head that articulates by a snap-fit with a polyethylene liner of a metal acetabular shell that, in turn articulates with the anatomic acetabulum. Originally marketed by Richards.
