About OrthoGlide Medial Knee Implant System
The OrthoGlide implant is a device used for patients who have exhausted all other conventional therapies and yet are not ready for a more invasive total knee replacement (TKR). The OrthoGlide is a cobalt chromium medial hemiarthroplasty implant used to reduce pain and discomfort, and to correct angular abnormalities in patients with osteoarthritis of the medial compartment of the knee. It is designed as a minimally invasive procedure, to be used without any other fixation.
