About M3-XTM Extremity Fixation System
The M3-XTM EXTREMITY FIXATION SYSTEM is a rigid fixation system for small bone orthopedic osteotomies and fractures. It offers modular instrumentation and a screw and plating system in one compact tray. M3-XTM features four sizes of true lag screws used for the fixation of the hand and foot. OSTEOMED's lag screw design eliminates the need to overdrill the proximal segment while the low profile head minimizes countersinking. This system is ideal for hand fracture fixation, forefoot osteotomies, forefoot fusions, and many other extremity fixation procedures.
