We design and manufacture systems to deposit ultra-thin metallic and dielectric coatings. These coatings are used in industrial and research applications such as optics, semiconductors, electro-optics, display, tribology, medical devices, and telecommunications. The ultra high purity necessary for the films, which in many cases are just a few atoms thick, require that the thermal deposition processes occur in a vacuum.
