The technology behind dynamic fluid filled insoles represents an innovative approach to occupational foot health. The fluid provides "hydraulic" shock absorption from heel impact. That prevents impact forces from reaching the knee and back. When workers have dynamic fluid filled anti-fatigue insoles in their shoes the end result of taking a step, changing posture or just shifting weight from heel to toe is instantaneous and continuous redistribution of pressure throughout the foot. At the same time a massaging "wave" of fluid travels along the bottom of the foot to assist in pushing blood through the veins to increase circulation to the feet and legs.
