About Dynamic Wound Closure System
The Dynamic Wound Closure System gently restores tension across an open wound. The tension can be set and adjusted according to the desired outcome; to stabilize a retracted wound, reduce the wound, close the wound or prevent wound dehiscence. The two system components work in unison, the adhesive anchors dissipate load over a large area of healthy skin beyond the wound site, and the elastomers provide gentle, unrelenting tension that yields under strain.
