Aprotinin-free fibrin sealant for use in vascular surgery and to avoid sensitization by aprotinin.
Comes in multiple forms and can be sprayed onto bone and soft tissues to stop bleeding during surgery or to reduce bleeding after surgery. Especially useful in spine surgery to reduce bleeding which could improve visualization.
