Bio-Spacers designed to help overcome arthroplastic infections whilst maintaining mobility and quality of life for the patient. Temporary, implantable devices incorporating Gentamycin. Used to replace a joint prosthesis which has been removed for a septic process. Releases antibiotic into the surrounding tissues to help in the treatment of infected total joint replacement and facilitate successful re-implantation of the definitive prosthesis.
