The L8/U-Spine pedicle fixation system is a top-loading multi axial screw system with a buttress thread locking mechanism, a lower functional profile and an ergonomically designed instrument set. The system has also been designed for treatment of degenerative disease, deformity and trauma indications. The system has been proven with over 10 years of clinical experience and includes complete pedicle screw types that are revisable and adaptable to various surgical techniques. A newly designed transverse connector has been applied to the system, which has further improved stability and safety.
