Multiaxial RH screw is a solid monobloc particular screw which allows to align particular screws by simple tightening of less than half a tour. The simplicity of use and its solidity due to its monobloc structure makes it a unique design of multiaxial screw for spinal osteosynthesis. When used in sacrum, it allows to almost put sacral screw in parallel with regard to L5 screw.
