The Multiuse RT has been developed as a complete set of instruments for endoscopic treatment of facet joint pathology. The facet joints of the cervical and lumbar spine are frequently affected by painful degenerative processes. Radiofrequency ablation of neural structures is a possible option to treat chronic facet joint pain in the cervical and lumbar spine. With the Multiuse RT a visual control of the target area is enabled. This helps to ascertain a sufficient destruction of the pain transmitting nerve fibers.
