About No Pin External Fixator (Prod 8550)
The No Pin External Fixator uses clamps rather than pins to secure the fixator and reduce the fracture. It preserves cortical bone and medullary canal integrity avoiding drill holes and reducing the risk of deep infection; • NO PIN allows the complementary use of a tibial interlocking nail without removing the external fixator; • Clamps have special design of sharp points. It allows safe bone anchorage penetrating the cortex superficially.
