OsteoAMP™ or “Osteoinductive Allogeneic Morphogenetic Protein” was developed by Advanced Biologics (ABC) to better harness the various growth factors found within allograft tissue. With OsteoAMP™ the osteoinductivity of autograft and OsteoAMP's osteoconductivity are combined in allografts from the same donor. The AMP Process allows for levels of growth factors significantly higher than other allograft products on the market. This process allows production of a number of tissue formats applicable for a variety of orthopaedic procedures, including: granules, compressible sponge, putty, concentrate (soluble growth factor) and structural graft(s).
