The PERLA posterior cervical system is indicated for the stabilization of spinal segments as an adjunct to fusion of the cervical (C1-C7) and thoracic (T1-T3) segments of the spine. The system features a preferred angle lateral mass and smooth shank screws, as well as nine different types of connectors to provide for greater flexibility intraoperatively.
