This patent pending mobility aid for those with lower extremity problems was designed by a Professional Engineer with consultation from Orthopaedic Surgeons. Prototypes have been constructed. The design and intellectual property are available for purchase or licensing on reasonable terms. It is not yet available for purchase.
Unique about this device is that it can be used for either leg. The rear axle can be shifted from right to left to accomodate either side.
Devices such as this dramatically improve mobility for those recovering from foot, ankle, and lower leg injuries and surgery especially when compared to crutches or walkers. It is easy to use and frees up the hands and arms to allow more normal function.
