The RTL limits the amount of torque applied when tightening a threaded fastener coupled with the convenience of a ratcheting screwdriver. 1) One instrument that ratchets as well as limits the torque applied. 2) Allows for easy fastening even with limited clearance. 3) Eliminates need to switch instruments: simply ratchet to advance screws, and tighten until maximum torque is achieved. 4) Offered in bi-directional or an ultra-precise uni-directional torque limiting mechanisms. 5) Exclusive new design features a "roller pin style" mechanism.
