The Subchondroplasty® (SCP®) procedure is designed to treat bone defects associated with chronic bone marrow lesions (BMLs) by filling them with a hard-setting, biomimetic bone void filler. BMLs are a known, painful element of osteoarthritis (OA), a disease which affects one in two Americans. SCP® effectively targets bone defects that are not addressed by current arthroscopic and conservative care treatments.

2. Use SCP® Navigation Guide to Access Internal Defect
3. Create an access portal into subchondral space
4. Inject a flowable, osteoconductive bone void filler that resorbs over time
