The Sierra system offers occipital plates, cervical hooks, and thoracic screws for a complete occipital-cervical-thoracic fixation solution. Utilizing the same locking mechanism as the Malibu system, the Sierra system also has several options for crossing the cervical-thoracic junction; including rod connectors, large diameter screws and transitional rods.
