About Sphere
Originally designed as a skull unit, Sphere's flexibility has made it possible to use it for other X-ray examinations such as extremities and standing knees. Positioning the Sphere has been made easier through the display windows, which are placed eye-level on both sides of the column. To get the positioning as accurate as possible laser lights with a vertical and horizontal light cross is used. Sphere is easy to use thanks to its six separate handles. These are ergonomically designed and placed. The centring and collimation have been made easy through the distinct light field and centre indication of the multilayer iris collimator.
