Note: This image was submitted by Vernon Bolstad in 2009. In response to a physician question about the taper in May of 2015, we received the following response from Andrew Walden, Zimmer Representative:
- This is indeed a "6 degree taper". It is smaller than a 14/16 and a 12/14.
- We still manufacture 6 degree taper heads in 28,32,36 diameters. Lengths from 0 to +14.
