[Note:  Photos must be in jpeg, tif, or bmp formats.  Please remove punctuation, underlines, etc. from photo titles.  Please do not add file type designations (i.e. ".jpg") to the names of the photos.  If you have problems, please contact us.]  For the privacy of your patients, please crop names and other identifying information out of photos to be submitted.
